Breitling Breitling 2573 wrist watches news:
Hey guys! For nearly two months I knew that I would be going to the NAWCC National Convention in Kansas City. I knew that our route would take us through Springfield, Illinois where Farrell Gay's Illinois Watch Museum is located. I sent a couple of messages to Farrell through his web page but there were some routing issues and he did not get the messages. I then asked Greg for his help in contacting Farrell and after some doing we were able to speak with him and let him know that I planned on making a visit. He was EXTREMELY nice to me and Greg and I made plans to meet him at the convention in Kansas City on Thursday. About four hours into the "MART" section of the show I gave Farrell a call and we met up in a matter of minutes. We talked about watches for around 30 minutes and I then showed him my picture book with all of the Elgins and Walthams that I have restored. He took the time to go through every last page and asked many questions about what I had done with them, this was an inc
I am not superstitious, but hate to tempt fate anyway, just in case. But, I'll break my rule for this occasion.I have two Orbita single watch winders that are scheduled to be delivered by Fed Ex tomorrow (well, I guess today, since it's after midnight.)Funny thing is, I only have one automatic watch right now, but have two others on the way that are scheduled to arrive after the winders. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to rotate which watches are on the winders, pick one to manually wind on a regular basis or the best option (but most expensive), which would be to order another winder. I know the Hamilton with the day and date will be on a winder whenever it's not on my wrist since it has more to set if it stops, and the other two have just the date. Obviously if I only had three watches, I'd only need two winders, since one or the other of the autos would be worn every day, but I have a few quartz watches and a few manual wind watches that I like well enough that they will cont
Hi guysDoes anyone out here own a RO 15451?Are you willing to share some wrist shots? Also, are any of you able to guide me as to where i can find a list of the boutique only RO variants? Thanks in advance
I got I try on some real beauties last night at the Patek 2017 Basel pieces viewing, as well as some current production pieces. All were great. A small write-up of each. 5170p (Stunning on the wrist, and extremely comfortable. Great size and weight balance. The gradient blue dial is just perfect. And the baguettes are subtle, and beautiful. The movement is intoxicating). 5320g (Another beautiful 2017 release. The case and lugs are meticulously detailed. The vintage feel is not overdone, offering a nice balance of new and old. This watch was well received by most at the event.)5524g (This was the first time I've seen this in the metal. It never was my favorite online, but on the wrist, it really is a special watch. While bigger than other Pateks, it was not too big. It fit nicely, and it's extremely legible. It's a fun watch). 5370p (Winner, winner! I saw one of these a few months ago, but it was double sealed, so I could only view it. Last night, I got to try it on. Perfection. The cas
Hey there,I'm new here so forgive me if this a silly question but I have done a bit a research and found no real answer either way.I love the shape of the Aquanaut 5167 but I can not stand the look of (non-date) numbers on a watch face. Are there any, official or otherwise, options out there for this watch without a numbered face? In my dream scenario I would be able to have a ss aquanaut with a nautilus face. I know many will just recommend a nautilus- I am not a big fan of the double eared look. Thanks for any help.
