The PANDAAMERICA Network from the mid 1990s? I used to see it some mornings on a local non-cable channel. They would be auctioning off vintage wrist and pocket watches while I ate breakfast. My local station switched to basement televangelists during the day and then the live watch auctions resumed about 7:00 Central. It was porn for vintage American watch fans.
