- This watch can be worn to any event. It's a bit er than high end watch I normally wear, is very feminine looking. I was surprised when I opened the box and saw how beautiful its face is.

- This watch is perfect for what it is. It's a great tool watch with many usable features. Some of which take some time to master. I wish it had a sweep seconds hand. Of course, you may use the chrono function for that, but it's an extra step. Highly recommended.

Breitling AB0110 wrist watches news:
Hey allWas on the timezone rolex forum and someone had posted a wristshot of their DSSD in the pool.James Dowling posted this in response:Obviously you didn't read the other booklet that came with your SDDS, the Submariner is waterproof to 1,000 ft; but the SDDS is only waterproof FROM 1,000 ft down to 14,000 ft.If you want to just swim or use it in the shower, then you must only use your Submariner; as the SDDS leaks like a sieve until the pressure at 1,000ft forces the gaskets into their seals. You have to wear it INSIDE the diving bell to 1,000ft (or more) and then it is OK to expose it to water.I sincerely hope that you have done no irreperable harm to your watch by wearing it at LESS than 1,000ft; if there have been leaks, I hope that you understand that these will NOT be covered by the warranty.Have a good weekend.Of course this posting is irrelevant if your swimming pool has a deep end of more than 1,000ft.I was really surprised to read that comment.Does that mean the DSSD is re
Most of you are aware that I've picked this up recentlythere's been some discussion relating to the originality of the dial (as it isn't shown in any of the Hamilton Dial cattledogs). I forwarded the watch to Rene recently and asked him to get some photos of the dial in close up so we can all have a look and discuss if needed. There was some discussion relating to whether or not the dial was embossed or whether it was just painted straight onto a blank flat dial. There is significant detail here with the raised numbers and borders so it appears that this question may well have been answered. The rear of the dial does not show any refinishing markings at all.So the question stands. Is this a genuine Hamilton dial (possibly unique or at the least extremely rare)? I'm pretty sure we're never going to actually know but it's all good fun.cheers,Sean

I purchased a new Submariner in early December of 2011. It is my everyday watch. Since that time it has quit running on 4 different occasions. After the first time I simply reset the time and it worked fine for several weeks. After it quit the second time I notified the store where I purchased it. Since I was in Arizona at the time they gave me the name of another store (within their chain) that I could take it. The watchmaker kept it for about a week and it worked perfectly. He said he could send it to the factory or I could take it and see if it happens again. It stopped again and I'm just waiting to get home so I can return to the place of purchase. My questions are, has anyone experienced this problem and since it is virtualy new is there some type of lemon law?
