Breitling A1436002-B920 wrist watches news:
For a couple of seconds every hour, the dial looks like a mess, but then all is made clear. Meet the Harry Winston Opus XI. Click here to read WatchTime writer Martina Richter’s in-depth report on the watch for our July-August issue, along with a video of how its ultra-complicated movement works. The circles, spins and flips of carnival rides were what inspired Denis Giguet in his design of the Opus XI, unveiled last year as part of Harry Winston¡¯s Opus series featuring offbeat watches conceived by various independent watchmakers. Every hour, on the hour, in the span of 2 or 3 seconds, the hour display ¨C a system comprised of a multitude of wheels, pinions, arbors, bearings and tiles ¨C disintegrates into utter chaos and then returns to order for the remainder of the hour. This chaos originates from a ¡°completely normal¡± watch movement with manual winding, a 48-hour power reserve, and a frequency of 21,600 vph. Hello, could anyone tell me something about this watch? I can't get serial number. Everything I have is just a photo.
I've been doing a little light reading. . . as in the back of my new watch. The entire specs are on the caseback. The movement is an ETA 2804 and while I wind my automatics between wearings, today I wound the first mechanical since about 1975, my last mechanical, a 17 jewel model made by . . . . . . . . Hamilton. I've come full circle.
Is there a reference online for Omega case numbers? Particularly the recent/current models.
i reside in Melbourne, Australia and it seems next to impossible to be on the waiting list for this watch. Went to the local AD (1 of only 3) and the salesperson advise this watch is in high demand and we cannot put anymore people's name on the waiting list.My relative in Hong Kong has indicated that the waiting list is in the hundreds but at least you can get on.Hopefully my other contact in HK can come through with the goods as he has personal contacts with ADs in HK.for those who have it (purchased from an AD) im very envious.is my local AD situation the same in your country?
