Breitling A13330 wrist watches news:
This is one of the hottest newer Sinn watches, and a rare 'non-branded' limited edition by the watch maker. In 2008 (maybe starting in 2007) an odd trend started - the 'black on black' watch. Everyone seemed to have a black on black sport watch with names like "phantom" or "stealth." Even Sinn was not immune and felt it necessary to produce a limited edition version of its popular U1 watch line in the black on black motif that people were crazy over.Such watches are not unreadable of course (just for people who aren't wearing the watch). To compensate for similar colors of black, the watches have different textures and other mechanisms to help with legibility. Part of the 'point' of the watch is making it difficult for people other than the wearer to know what time it is (or what watch they are wearing). I have to admit that a lot of the watches are pretty cool looking. Still pretty easy to read (on your own wrist), you will no doubt get a lot of people saying "hey, what is with you wa
Hey gang, I'm a newbie here and I just thought I'd say hello. This is my beloved seiko that I bought when I was around 13 years old. I remember going into the jewelry store with my mother, probably around the mid 70's, and seeing this beautiful watch. I was working and my Mother thought it would be a good experience for me, so she let me buy it. The store let me put it on layaway; I came in every week when I got paid and put a little bit of money on it till it was mine. That said, this watch has been with me since; through Navy Bootcamp and an 8 yr stint..travelled all over the world, and never once let me down. This watch is absolutely bullet proof and as beautiful as the day I first laid eyes upon it. Anyway, here she is, not a great pic but it's all I have at the moment.Steve
Torn between these two beauties. Appreciate it's a first world problem but which would you choose?
I have to say i have never been a fan of the WG ceramic pepsi gmt, not because of the bezel because i love it. I just think doing a WG only was a low blow and only a way to push up the price point because of the fact it is PM to bring in the Pepsi bezel lovers that would buy the watch on the bezel alone.Personally i think the oyster bracelet would have been a better choice for SS and Jubilee a right choice for WG. I belive the fact they went the other way around shows me it was a marketing call, now that they brought in as much sales in of WG that played around with the style to sell it in SS.I just dont think that was COOL...
What are the chances that Rolex comes out with a yellow gold DateJust 41? They already have it in the DateJust 36. So it kind of makes sense. A Day-Date is around 25KA YG 36mm DateJust is around 19K or so?I could see a 41mm DateJust for around 20k.Would it just hurt the sales of the DayDate 40?I personally don't care for the day function and wouldn't really buy a DayDate. What do you think?
