Breitling AB011011/Q566-croco-brown-tang wrist watches news:
Im a new member in the forum, and definitely Panerai is on my radar for my next watch ( besides another Rolex :-)...unfortunately, i only have limited budget of less than 7-8 K usdAny opinion for my first panerai ?All the best :-)
Well, I've been looking for a new moon-phase for awhile now. Really what I'd been looking for is a simple, 3 hand watch moon-phase without the month, day of week, etc. cluttering up the dial. Unfortunately, there isn't many to choose from. However, back in July I found it, or should I say it found me. Absolutely gorgeous looking watch, I couldn't say no.. After a couple months wait for them to arrive, it's finally here!!!!! Opened it up today and I gotta say I couldn't be happier with it!
I mostly hang out in the Rolex posts as the wife and I have 7 of their watches, but we are also Breitling owners. A few years ago, I purchased a Breitling Cockpit with a TT steel bracelet. It has been trouble-free watch and keeps great time and is well made.. I bought my Cockpit BNIB for a great price -45% off retail. I quite agree with the posters in other threads that it is a big error to buy a Breitling at retail. You take a big hit after the door closes.Breitling is also being slammed by some for using cheap ETA sourced movements, although they have recently started their own manufacture. Rolex, of course, has all their in-house movements tested by COSC standards, but so does Breitling who even provides the COSC certificate enclosed with their watches.I have a chance to purchase a BNIB Breitling for Bentley Mark V1 for a 60% discount. I have always been attracted to the Breitling Bentley line, as well as the actual vechicles they represent. I believe the watch should be termed NOS,
Love this scene. Gotta admit I always look at my wrist to check out my PO too when I see that scene.youtu.be/yFA4vM3_dfI
Good day all. I posted in the non Rolex forum but didn't get much feedback so I'm posting here with a twist to my original post ..I'm considering adding (well perhaps flipping to add ) a Blancpain FF 5015D or a 5015C as pictured here.First, would you consider such a flip? Dollars are about the same in the Preowned market. What does the forum think of Blancpain in terms of: style, durability, and wearability? Why don't we see more of them here I guess to make this appropriate for the Rolex forum ... Would you flip a Dblue for one of these?Collection is: SD43, Dblue, Pam 690I was thinking it might be nice to have a BP for something s little different in the collection.Go Sent from my SM-G935W8 using Tapatalk
