The Red Dot Award is the most desirable "good design" awards over there. The focus is always on the form and function. You will find that most of the recipients are often excellent products for sale. The prize is awarded by the Design Zentrum Nordheim Westfalen in Germany. This year, two of the watches Tag Heuer received Red Dot Awards, and it is the fifth time in seven years that watches Tag Heuer received the Red Dot Awards for the design of products good.

Seamaster Planet Ocean 38mm or Speed master Co-Axial 38mm
Ok, I've finally narrowed my choices to the Seamaster Planet Ocean 38mm or the new Speedmaster Co-Axial 38mm. There is a lot to like about both watches and I would be happy with either but wanted to get some opinions. I love the idea of a Chronograph and I might be leaning toward the speedmaster, but I also love the dives watch look of the Seamaster and appreciate the fact that I would probably never have to take it off. All opinions would be appreciated. I have tried on the larger speedmaster watches but they are just to large for my very small wrist. Thank you in advance.

GMT Day/Night Bezel Question
BLNR is incoming. I understand the GMT function and think it¡¯s great. Also very useful for me. However, I don¡¯t understand the day/night bezel. Can someone please explain this? I haven¡¯t been able to find an explanation anywhere; I¡¯ve only found statements of fact that it works as a day/night indicator.Without having actually held the watch, it seems to me that using the hour hand would indicate day/night in reference to hours 3-9AM/PM and vice versa. This doesn¡¯t seem to indicate day/night IMO so perhaps I¡¯m missing something?

Went to my AD Today
Well today was finally the day I went and visited my local AD. I have to admit I was a little nervous and intimidated on arrival. This place had been robbed a few years back and because of that they have a security guard on duty. It is surprising as its in a very ritzy area flooded with cops, but I guess it doesn't matter where you are there is no safe zone anymore.I was greeted immediatley as soon as I stepped in the door. Very welcoming to say the least. I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Emily. She was very welcoming and immediately asked Are shopping for yourself or for someone else?. I told her for myself. She asked What are you looking for, anything in particular?. I told her ROLES!!!! of course.
