Louis Vuitton watches always feel special. They don't release new watches too often, and when they do, they barely give any information about them - they are also quite rare. Heading for 3 months now on my new hobby and would be interested on any opinions you guys may have. Had purchased a couple of others but they were not to my liking. Need some advice re: first watch for a 3-5 year series of acquisitions
I am fairly new to "being into" watches. I've always had the appreciation for them, but never the serious interest that many have. Well, I guess I do now, but I digress...Anyway. I have a smallish collection featuring Breitling, V-SA, TAG/Heuer, and Citizen (Eco Drive). Speedy bezel disappeared!
Sorry for posting in the Rolex forum but I know many of you own speedmasters and thought I would get the most helpful answers here. I just purchased a BNIB speedmaster 3570 in June and have been wearing it daily since. Sometime last night while I was out and about, the bezel fell off and disappeared! I was staring at my watch wondering why it looked different....took me a few seconds to realize what happened. I'm still shocked that this happened....I didn't hit or bump the watch on anything and there isn't a scratch to be seen on the crystal or the case. For a watch that was NASA certified I'm absolutely stunned. Has anyone else seen this happen? Could this be a warranty claim or am I stuck buying a new bezel?Thanks for reading....any advice you can offer is much appreciated.
