- Gorgeous watch - workmanship is excellent. Rated it a 5. But I will need to remember to be careful in putting it on and taking it off - don't want to break off the beak of the hummingbird!

Breitling A1732124/BA61-diver-pro-ii-blue-tang wrist watches news:
After being told by the local Rolex dealer that I had to send my watch in to Rolex to get new spring bars installed I'm looking for an alternative option (30 days and $60 to do what I can do in 30 seconds for about $3 seems crazy)With that said, will just any ol' 20mm stainless spring bar do as a replacement? I don't want to over think this but I also don't want use sub-par parts and lose my watch because a part breaks.I do spend a fair amount of time in saltwater so corrosion resistance is important.
In your opinions, which would you choose for a first PAM, the 005 or 111? Is the clear back worth the extra $900 (approx) for the 111 or is the logo front of the 005 a must?
This watch gained fame a few years ago when it was on the cover of the Wristwatch Annual. What are your thoughts? Opinions? I like it quite a bit, but would love to hear your thoughts.Sothis * Chronograph HORUSThanks!
Just started looking at APs a week ago. Needed the perfect watch to wear all day to work (casual atmosphere) and just bumming around - kids events, ball game, pool etc...I have a 1 month old platona for evenings and dressier occasions (even though it makes a great all day watch - except its missing a date!!)...After deicing on 44mm (even though 42mm is probably better for my small(er) wrist, It was a very tough decision between RG and ceramic. I finally decided on ceramic and I'm glad i did. The RG is stunning - but at its size I think its too in your face for me to wear daily. Ill just admire from afar.past watches - SS DJ, SS GMT II C, WG subcollection is only two strong - quality over quantity right?!?!Now - best place to buy a black strap with red stitching to match the hands ?how many of you swap out the pin for a deployment clasp?Anything i need to know about my new watch? Again, I'm very new to AP. I never even saw one in person before buying mine. Thanks!
Ive always been dead set on the blue SS SkyD BUT Im now torn down the middle between the blue and black dials. Ive tried on the white and liked it but not for me. Whats making me also consider the black is I have the blue Milgauss which I love and Id part with it if I got the blue SkyD. My black dial game is nothing special as I have the 1957 Speedmaster. BUT blue IS my favorite color..... would love any comments or pics.
