Breitling ab015212/g724-2ct wrist watches news:
My Planet Ocean Co-Axial chronograph is currently with my watchmaker, but he is unable to regulate it for want of the Omega-specific tool. One of his staff has completed Omega's training course, but after two months they still haven't received the tool from Swatch Group.I don't want to send the watch to Swatch Group because they will want to service the watch whether it's needed or not, and I see no reason for that extra expense. If you know of a competent watchmaker who has the tool and the experience to regulate the Co-Axial Calibre 3313, please let me know.Thank you.
I am on vacation this week. We call it Winter recess and I consider it one of my non-taxable fringe benefits. Here is a little light reading that I would like to suggest for you Hamiltonians:Hamilton Wristwatches by Rene' Rondeau (one of the first forum members to join our merry band of fans and one of, if not THE foremost authority on the subject)I own a copy but unfortunately, it is out of print and only available on the secondary market for a lot of $$$. I am fortunate to own a copyThe Watch of the Future also by Rene' Rondeau. It is 40 pages and still available on the internet.Time for America: Hamilton Watch, 1892-1992 (Hardcover) by Donald J. Sauers. Also out of print but available on the secondary market for $$$.Collecting Watches by Shugart and Hanson. While not devoted o
I love the look of vintage watches but I usually wear a larger watch. 46MM looks great on me but I think I could get away with anything smaller than 40MM.Do they exist or are a majority of older watches under 40MM?
Zodiac Goldenline Chronometre info neededHi Everyone, this is my first post. I recently acquired this Zodiac watch from a thirft store. The Dial reads " Zodiac Chronometre Goldenline automatic". It keeps excellant time, but will only run about six hours overnight after I've worn it all day. I'm taking it to a local jeweler next week to be serviced & a new crystal. My questions are:1. What movement is it using? Its a screw back, but I couldn't get it off.2. About when was it made. And any other info and history would be great, Thanks in advance!zodiac-1.jpgzodiac-2.jpg
