Breitling Steel 6 wrist watches news:
Purchased a Seiko diver watch and am going to TRY and post a pic. I'm a mechanic, not a computer tech. So here we'll try.....Don't mind the arm. I'm also not a photographer.
Last time I was in (about 2 weeks ago) I espied this Waltham tank and asked about it. It's in a 10K gf relatively large case (seems about the size of a Hamilton Gladstone). I believe the interlug width is 18-19mm. The movement (not photographed yet) is high-grade, 21 jewels. I think the watch is from the '40s stylistically, likely made to compete with the Lord Elgin. He said he'd sell it to me (hopefully for not too much) after he services it. The movement also needs some sort of sleeve to sit properly in the case, and he has to look for one. Not something I'd ordinarily collect, but I love the combination of the size, Breuget numerals, and those amazing lugs. A tiny bit of brassing, but not really a big deal.
Hello Lad,s ....I just had to show you guy,s my new 21 jewels SEIKO Diver,s 200m Watch 7s26-0020 from the man himself Weng @ Loyswatch . I just received the watch today and I have to say it is so so so impressive . so so so smart . and so so so pristine looking . very fast shipment to Dublin Republic of Ireland . great communications and a 4 month guarantee man I can not believe it . the quality and workmanship of this watch it is just unbelievable . and it has not lost one second all day . .....
I have looked for one of these off and on for several years. I am drawn to the vintage Connie elements, particularly the pie pan dial and heavy hour markers. Dark blue dial, blue gator band, deployant clasp, all boxes and papers, in 18K rose gold. Circa 2000-2002. First use of the co-axial escapement in an Omega.Getting it tomorrow or Wednesday. Will post actual pics then. Below is an Omega corporate pic. 999 released in this style.
