Help me pick a hamilton
Wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on a few Hamilton's.Here are the three I'm considering1. Khaki X-wind H77616533 Automatic2. Navy Frogman Auto Chrono H77716533 (TI)3. Khaki Aviation QNE Auto H76515533I live in the US so the only watch I could buy here, I believe is the X-wind.Which brings me to me next delema. I see these three watches avalable on Ebay, Amazon and other online stores. If I purchase from Ebay, amazon or online dealer would they be authentic and with intact serial numbers? The price difference makes me wonder. However the customer feedback with Ebay purchases were positive. I currently own a Omega Seamaster with a steel bracelet. The three Hamiltons all have the Ligh br. leather which I want. I know the 5960 series is not the purist choice and the movement can't compare to the 5170 but I find it eminently wearable and a wonderful combination of sportiness and class. DayDate40 or 5711a ?
So I posted this in the Patek sub forum, but wanted to see what the Rolex forum thinks. My AD (and longtime friend) believes he will be able to get me a 5711a white dial sometime this year. Need Help Buying/Finding my First Rolex!
I am finally ready to pull the trigger and buy my first Rolex. A GMT 116710BLNR. Problem is, can't find one at any AD within 4 hrs of my home! I want to purchase a new one from an AD, but the shortage of new ones from Rolex has made it impossible to even get on a waiting list. Does anyone have any advice how to find one?
