First Time IWC Owner, Few Fix/Update Questions, Plus Extra Watch
Hi everyone first of all I just would like to introduce myself to the forum as this is my first post. My name is Mike I'm from PA and always wore a hand me down quartz Tag from my dad, until recently! Last week a friend of mine decided he needed to dump some watches from his vast collection. I was fortunate to pick up two watches from him both IWC. One is the port chrono & the other is the 7 day reserve port. The downfall is both are white face, blue hands, & blue strap, which I'm not crazy about but the deal was too good to pass up. I plan on keeping the 7 day reserve as I like the bigger face & the deployment clasp. To start I was wondering what authentic IWC straps cost as I would like to change it to black. Also, is it possible to get the dial & hands changed to different colors, looking to get the black face and stainless hands. If this is possible any idea how much these things run?
