- Nice watch, comfortable and good looking. I only have two beefs with it. First of all, no date. Secondly, the face doesn't look as nice as I had hoped and just cheaply painted on. Still a nice watch.

Cartier wb520028 wrist watches news:
(The original impetus for this story was a question asked by commenter MrGrentch, in the comments section of our story on the Speidel Twist-O-Flex bracelet. Little did I know where it would go.)It’s probably a good thing that nobody has ever asked me who invented the spring bar, because up until about a week ago, if they had, I’d have had to admit that I had absolutely no idea, and had never given it a moment’s thought. In fact, aside from occasionally cursing at one when it flew across the room during an ill-advised late-night impulsive strap change, I had hardly given spring bars any thought on any level at all for pretty much the entire time I’ve been interested in watches (which is longer than I feel like admitting). 1 OF 14 They seem far too flimsy to have any of us trust a $200 Seiko diver to them, let alone, say, a $50,000 vintage Rolex (or whatever) and yet, they seem to be almost boringly reliable – mos
I am waiting for mine to arrive to put onto my GMTII-C. Just like changing t up a bit from time to time!!!! Let's see 'em!
In its September 1933 price list, Hamilton lists a Greenwood with a gold filled case, using the 050 dial and 987 movement(same as a Greenwich), but with a braided leather cord. Is the cord a leather strap like on the later Winslow? Has anyone actually seen one of these?
I have a stainless steel on bracelet Speedmaster 9300 with in house movement and was thinking of getting a Dark Side of the Moon strap for it. However, the cheapest I can find here in the UK is about ¡ê165 and that's without the buckle. I'd like an Omega buckle for it though it doesn't have to be the DSOTM ceramic one. Any suggestions for a genuine 18mm Omega buckle, or an excellent black rubber or leather strap with Omega buckle to put on the watch. Size is 21mm at the lugs and 18mm at the buckle end. Thanks in advance for any replies.
So I bought one of these beautys for my brother last christmas. Really wanted it for myself, but I knew it was the perfect watch for him.Almost a year later I finally managed to get one of my own.A teaser pic, anyone care to guess?Shoulden`t be too hard
