- The case width of this watch is not 28mm as indicated in the description but is actually nearer 40mm. If you have a large wrist, this watch may be just fine for you.

Cartier W6920076 wrist watches news:
Although I've never been a "watch person", I recently became interested in '40s Hamilton wrist watches, so here I am.I picked one up on fleabay (a Hayden) and I was immediately hooked. Maybe it was the hours I watched my father work on pocket watches when I was a kid. Now at the age of 50, I wish I had paid more attention back then. I've got a couple of "beater" movements coming for practice and spare parts and, with a bit of help, I hope to learn to work on them. I also acquired a copy of "Practical Watch Repairing" by Donald de Carle. Unfortunately, it seems that information on the nuts and boltsof working on these pieces for someone on an "independent study" program like mine is a bit hard to come by these days. At least there are still resources like the members on this site. We'll see how this works out.If anyone has advice or can point me at other sources of info I would greatly appreciate it.In the meantime, thanks in advance and I hope that one day I can contribute to the pool o
Just been on Christopher Ward's website and seen the new offering from them:C40 SpeedhawkWow!! I may just have to have a very serious look at it!!Let me know what you guys think.
Hi everyone, just need more info on this watch. any things would help me thank you as i know absolutely nothing about it except my grandmother bought this for my grandfather when they first started dating. Must be prity old. also the back watever use to be on there has been completly rubbed of. im guessing its not worth much but it has lots of sentimental value to me. Also i still have the original red box it came in. is it worth getting fixed up like there is a couple of chips on the glass and the band looks like its peeling and has some green on there.

Hi Guys, having owned the Kermit M serial for many years and siting in my watch box most of the time. I¡¯m having thoughts of trading for a deepsea black mark 1 for a change. Sorry I can¡¯t have both for now so only can keep one and of course I get some $ back. I would like to seek advise on the pro and con on this diver and most important which to keep. Thanks and much appreciated.
