I'm quite new to watches but every watch i buy seems to jump in price. Which could be very detrimental to my ability to live. I started with a Victorinox, then a Citizen, next a Hamilton and finally a Bell & Ross. My God, what's next for me, a Rolex?Anyway, here's some macro shots of my new BR-03 92 Heritage:
Does anyone else have a problem wearing Patek's on leather ? I wish I could wear a leather strap but since I'm always perspiring, even sitting at times, I would probably go through one every other month. I can wear Patek's on rubber and steel bracelets with ease but wish leather was an option. Curious if others have this dilemma.
Hey Guys,Would a Panerai strap made for a deployment clasp work with a tang buckle? I know it won't work the other way around with a clasp on a tang strap but has anyone tried a tang on a clasp designed strap with the slightly larger hole and thinner strap end. Thanks
I have never been an expert. Let me just say that I bought a Brand New 16713 GMT Master II at a Miami AD in May 1997. Now looking at the charts on the internet the S/N starts with an N, it says that is was manufactured in 1991. I find it hard to believe that this renowned Jewlery store shelved that watch for 6 years before selling it to me. I have all the original box and papers and invoice. Any observations ?
