Looking through old pictures, I found this one with my grand father wearing his gold Omega watch. Can anyone help me with some info with help from this small photo? As far as I know the watch should have been bought in 1980s
I recently read in another post that the 2500 fitted with the co-axial escapement was not necessarily a good calibre. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
Last week I had the pleasure of joining the people at Panerai and other fellow collectors for dinner at Daniel in NYC. An epic evening for sure. Enjoy the read and the pics..watchcollectinglifestyle....ttable-evening
I have a friend currently in Dubai who has offered to watch hunting for me if I want him to. Does anyone have a recent sense of which ADs have the best selections? I've been staggered by the choice (even though a bit pricier than the US) when I've been there previously but its been a couple of years so no idea what current landscape is like and if extreme shortages of SS daytonas, Hulks etc are the same as in the US. Thanks for any tips!
