Cartier 2475 wrist watches news:
Hey guys.. just found this while surfingwhat do you guys think about it?
Hey guys sorry if this qustion is stupid and/or has been answered multiple times. I'm in the car now and am accessing the site from my Blackberry and couldn't find the search function. Anyways, I watched a Youtube video of a Seiko Monster the other day and notice the second hand continuously moves as opposed to it ticking each second. Is this from the Automatic movement or a special feature this watch has like Rolexes? Thanks in advance!!!
Has anyone else got the last bulletin? There was an article about vintage Gruen ladies watches and I was amazed about this very detailed and interesting pages. A lots of good pictures, basic infos and a very nice collection of one member there. I am not sure if it is allowed to post parts of it here, do you know if this is maybe OK with board and NAWCC rules? I think our own references threads about Gruen and ladies watches in general are worth to be improved.I wish they would do the same in the next bulletins about mens watches or Hamilton, Benrus and some other brands we love so dearly. (OK, Tom and the others, that is meant as a broad hint )
Here is a story worth remembering...My best mate was swimming in our local country club swimming pool, wearing his rather nice Breitling watch which was only about two years old. The watch was stated as waterproof which is why up until this day he had no probems or worries about using it in the pool until he decided to do a underwater hand-stand. His wrist then depressed one of the buttons underwater at about 2 metres, this then allowed a tiny bit of water in to the watch. ¡ê400 later my friend now takes his watch off before swimming!
I was looking for a daily beater and this 177 (IMHO) is the premier beater. All the pam size without the weight.
