- Even after removing the extra link, I had to have two more links removed by a jeweler. Also, the enamel is already starting to peel. A little more care in the creation and this could've been a really nice watch.

JFK and Hamilton?
I know that JFK was presented with a Hamilton watch that had his kids' faces on the dial, but I think I read here once that JFK wore a Viewmatic as his daily watch? The Viewmatic is a modern model and I have never seen a photo of JFK wearing a watch other than his Omega at innagauration. Does anyone here know for sure if he really did wear a Hamilton? I'm sure the Hamilton presentation was well regarded but I can't see the President wearing it daily. Thanks for any insight!

I am sure that aficionados of the brand all have their own reasons for owning IWC. What are the reasons you decided to buy this brand? Is it because you wanted a less "popularly known" brand, or did you buy based on the design, or maybe based on a specific feature or for a technical reason? I am just curious. To me, I am interested because they seem like a durable brand and one which is well crafted and less well known than some. So I guess I am attracted to it for a mix of reasons. What about you?

I joined the club!! I have wanted to grab one of these for a little bit now so I went ahead and pulled the trigger.I would love to show you the photos of my new P.O. but I just got an iphone and for some reason when I take a pic and email it to myself It wont let me save the pic. into my pictures. So I will have to wait until I can take pics with a camera and then put them on my computer.

I wear my watch all the time. Doesn¡¯t leave my wrist even when im showering, swimming, sleeping. Alot of people take their watch off before they sleep or shower and when i tell people i keep it on all the time i feel like they think thats weird.What do you think of that?
