Cartier W62002V3 wrist watches news:
Rolex has just launched a smart new new video promotional campaign called "Rolex And Icons." People often ask us "what watch brands are using social media well?" This requires a lot of thought as only a few come to mind who are even using social media properly. We've even asked experts who track this sort of data and it seems as though for the most part, fashion-based brands with a lot of products for women (i.e. Cartier and Chanel) are doing it best, and it isn't their watches that are keeping the social media momentum going. Rolex may be quite late to the social media game, but they are off to a great start.I recently reported on?Forbes regarding Rolex's new Facebook page here. They also have a YouTube channel?that launched last year. Rolex's social media efforts are pertinent to their overall branding efforts and mark a rather good use of the media from a communications standpoint - though like many brands, they shy away from creating or encouraging an conversant community. There's something about this model ("contemporary), 40mm that intrigues me. Shown without a bracelet or strap. I like it best with a black alligator strap with white stitching. Anyone have an EB? Whacha think of it?
I am looking to get a new stainless steel "oyster" watchband for my Commando and am thinking getting the type that comes on the 8926 (and other watches with a 20mm lug spread). I just got off the phone with Invicta who told me the width at the bracelet clasp is also 20mm which seems rather odd. They also did not know the height of the links (the thickness). If anyone has a non solid end link Invicta watchband and a caliper can you reply with the measurements and what model number. Thanks.I was also dismayed that a watch company as large as Invicta would not have some parts on handthe told me it could take up to 90 days. Yikes!
Well, I finally get to post this incoming for my wife. She eyed this one a while ago and it's finally time for her birthday gift. I've had it hidden away for awhile and did post anything because I didn't want to chance her seeing the post :). I'm just waiting for her to get home. I'm probably just as excited as she will be. Colorful snoopy is watching it carefully. She is a collector of snoopy and a great reason I picked up a silver snoopy for our wedding renewals.
I found a few threads on this forum about this, just wanted confirmation. If I was to buy a watch from a Canadian seller, how much and who do I have to pay in taxes?I found below, but just want to confirm:https://.rolexforums/showthread.php?t=496889https://.rolexforums/showthre...ight=importing
