- Fun to look at, fit well, all the good things ... it went back because it was too heavy for my taste, and my taste doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the merchandise.

I picked this up Thursday for a price I couldn't beat. It's a great little case! Not too small, or big. The light does work, and it lights up immediately when you plug it in! It's a cool old case, maybe from the early 1970's?The front is intact, while it does need to be cleaned, the lettering is great! The cabinet is a bit dirty but is in fine shape;except for one little oopsie...Sorry about the yucky pictures, I'm still cleaning it up!The case still has the original watch holders, there's a place for watches on the bottom, a metal shelf above that for boxes and two more shelves. It's a bit hard to see, I'll get more pictures when I'm done. The top corner is busted off, I'm sad to say I wonder if you can find a new top.Has anyone seen a display unit like this? I'd like to know if it has any value even with the damage.

picked up this oldie (but a goodie) seamaster today; love the seconds sub-dial (1951 - keeps great time for a 60 year old watch!)
Hi everyone,I just received my first Rolex as a gift this Christmas. BLNR. I love it but curious if it will lose significant value if Baselworld produces a new gmt blnr with newer movement? Thanks
