Omega 00296 wrist watches news:
I love this watch. I've always loved Bulgari anything, but this watch is just so sensuous and harmonious...I want it now.Inspired by Italian Style and Design with Swiss watchmaking expertise, the Bulgari-Bulgari Moonphase model features the automatic Bulgari caliber B77 movement with moonphase complication. With launches such as this, Bulgari is definitely making some bold moves. Then again, what else should we expect from this brand? With the introduction of the Bulgari-Bulgari Moonphase to be released at this year's Basel show, Bulgari is definitely widening its appeal. By adding more complications for women, other than just bedazzling timepieces with diamonds, I have even more respect for them as a watchmaker for women. It's almost funny how male dominated brands will take their simplest model, throw some diamonds on it, and call it a women's watch. Really...That said, I'm usually not a fan of such large logos - on anything - but the swirling Bulgari double logo engraved upon the beze
With the competition out there for the luxury buyer, watches don't always just sell themselves, even if they are really beautiful. Sometimes a bad sell can cast an pale yellow light on an otherwise excellent timepiece. Let me tell you what is wrong with this approach:The Good:It is a video, and it shows the watch clean and from most angles. It has accurate information (if you care to listen). Oh, and the video actually plays and is accessible on YouTube (not that watch buyers are going there). Video selling is really powerful. Not only can you get the attention of lots of potential buyers, but you can show off the watch in its natural environment (on a wrist), and in reference to a human for size of the watch. These are good things, but you can ruin a video with bad production value, an "anemic" host, and an amateur presentation of the watch. The Bad:Who is this guy? Is he Gray? Is he one of the "sons?" Banish the thought the someone actually hired this monotone-voiced mood killer. I a
Hello all,Christmas is coming up, and I want to get my girlfriend a nice gift. She currently works as a pharmacy intern at Walgreens, and she mentioned that she wants a watch to keep track of time when she doesn't have her phone. (Her parents actually bought her an expensive Gucci watch with diamonds and stuff years back, but the metal band doesn't fit her well and the watch annoys her wrist.) She is a fan of Fossil and mentioned liking the following watch. Now, while I like the simple design, and I know she wants a leather band, I'm wondering if I can do better for the price. In particular, it might be nice to buy her a quality (but budgetary) automatic watch with a similar design. On the other hand, perhaps I'm just projecting my own aesthetic/pragmatic sensibilities onto her. I prefer automatic watches, but since she may not wear the watch all the time, having to set the time every couple days might grow to annoy her.So I have two questions:(1) Should I get an automatic watch or not?
Greeting helpful souls. Can anyone please provide advice on buying pre-owned. What should I be wary of/looking out for? Also what's the best way to verify authenticity & to confirm service history. Here's one I've found.... your comments please:.chrono24.co.uk/audemarspi...-id3919023.htm
Hey all. I've got a new Seamaster Aqua Terra GMT Chronograph with white dial which I purchased online from a reputable German seller and received the watch on FridayI was admiring the movement through the exhibition case back when I noticed one inscription read Thirty-six (36) jewels. That got me a little freaked as all the specs I've come across online state that the 3603 has 37 jewels. The Omega website itself does not actually state how many jewels the movement has. So what I am asking is if other owners of this watch or owners of other Omegas with the 3603 movement can confirm that their watch also says 36 jewels. If you know anything about this movement, please also chime in.Much appreciated.
