Please help identify this brand - "dE" or "JE"
I found a watch which has been in my family for a long time (it is at least 15 years old, if not more). The watch's logo seems to say "dE", though its a little hard to decipher since the font is stylized. It may also be "JE". The brandname does not feature anywhere else on the watch and I have not been able to locate this logo anywhere on the web. This is a Swiss made watch. I would appreciate it if someone could help identify the brand. I have taken a picture of the watch band and tried to highlight the logo (though its still a little hard to see). logo.jpg

noob here... just an intro...
so my buddy said i should join these forums too... i think he wants my next watch purchase to be a rolex...but here is my current baby...i got her a month ago after a long drawn out battle with tag heuer... i originally had a tag heuer carrera that was in sent in to service 4 times... each time it came back with something else wrong (watch was 2 years old and spend 1 year of its life in service)... finally my AD just said here is ur money back please pick a new watch... so I jumped on the black bond chrono... i have always loved the bond smps but never liked any watch with a blue face... when i saw this... i was like i had to have it... so far she has been running great +2.5 each day... and is just plain sexy...so now next on my list... a Omega 42mm Planet Ocean (next month or march)... then maybe eventually a Omega Speedmaster and definitly the Rolex Submariner in 2010 when the new model is released...

With the help of a great trf member I have just traded to get this watch in my collection. I have owned the 441 before and loved it, but the 438 is a totally different animal with amazing wrist presence. They say you can do pretty much anything with a rolex, but...
I'm training for an ironman triathlon so my typical day is this one: I wake up, go to work, after work head straight to the gym.At the gym I will run/swim/bike for an average of 2 hours per day, always with my SubC on my wrist because I have no time to go leave it at home before gym. Therefore, am I putting a huge stress on it? I particularly scared of the running part, because I run an average of 40 miles per week with my sub on my wrist. Pretty hard runs/sprints with arms that swing a lot. Is it alright that I do this or should I leave the sub at home?! ThanksEnvoy¨¦ de mon SM-G955W en utilisant Tapatalk
