- This watch is an excellent buy - it's face isn't too and this watch would typically appeal to a wide range of people. Looks good when dressed up and in casual attire. Highly recommend it!

Cartier W62019X6 wrist watches news:
This time last year, we went ahead and named the best swag of Baselworld 2015 ¨C it was a flask from NOMOS, and it was full of rum. Now NOMOS is back again this year with what is a pretty nifty little Baselworld survival kit, each individualized for attendees of last night's kick-off party. What's inside? Awesome little artisanal items all hand-selected by the NOMOS team, and assembled by hand. 1 OF 2 So in addition to the USB stick and card holder, you have a pen, a comb, a piece of chewing gum, a coin to make a telephone call (if you could actually find a pay-phone), an ankle clip for riding one's bicycle in slacks, a shoe polishing cloth, and actually much more. 2 OF 2 The above kit is my own ¨C for men ¨C while the ladies kits looked like this. As always, NOMOS does things just a little different than anyone else here at Basel, and you gotta love that.
Hi, Planet X—Thanks for your kind comments. I think both statements are correct. My statement is what I intended it to be, because I was building the case for using the 24-hr hand as the reference for the sun-pointing hour hand. However, your statement also makes sense, because the 24-hr hand will indeed sweep the dial once a day and return to “midnight.” What your comment points out is really an alternative way of using the watch. Instead of pointing the hour hand toward the sun and reading north off the 24-hr hand, I could just as well point the 24-hr hand to the sun and read north from the orientation of the 12 o’clock index on the dial. Because of the way the hands are linked, the angle between the hour hand and the 24-hr hand is always the same as the angle between the 24-hr hand and the 12 o’clock index (assuming they are both set to the same time), so I get the same pointing result either way. In fact, perhaps the latter way, though “qu
I have been playing around with getting a Hamilton with a brown dial. The pictures I have seen posted just looked awesome! Problem was Hamilton did not offer the brown dial in all that many models. I really like my black dial auto Khaki King but did not want to drop that much money again on basically the same watch but different dial. Then remembered a post Foghorn did with his quartz model. In fact, it was that post that got me to pull the trigger on my auto. I thought, man, that looked good and it is less money so.....WHY NOT?So, it is now on the way!I am not a huge fan of canvas straps but I will have something else to go on it when it gets here. Heck, I may take a few before and after shots. With some luck I will have it Friday and will post pics before the end of the weekend. If not, it should be here early next week.Foghorn should get some kind of kick back from Hamilton you know. He makes one post and they sell two watches! Boscoe may should get a slice too as he has said an I q
