- This piece shows up quite well and the silver tone adds the finishing touch to the simplist thin-knit black sweater. Also purchased the gold tone as Christmas gift for my mother-in-law! This was my first Victoria purchase.

So, I was telling Chung how much I loved the GMT II C in two tone that Christiaan kindly let me borrow while we were in NYC...And Chung says "You should get an 18k GMT II with the green dial - the gilt writing on that dial POPS"Well, I haven't been able to get that idea out of my head since he said it.I need more WBT's! (Watch Buying Tokens) Oh well One day...All the best,Harry

So I'm doing my regular day-off hunting and come across a pink gold vintage Ω logo buckle. It looks decent, so I send an e-mail using the "Contact" option. I noticed all the seller's buckles are priced at 155 Euros despite their metal contentsolid gold, gold plated, stainless, etc. I ask what he'd take for the particular buckle - here's the conversation sans the greetings and sign-offs:Me "Hi. I see all your buckles are marked with the same price. What would you take for this 14ct rose/pink gold 16 mm Omega buckle?"Peter Wagenaar of Omega-Fanatic (sales site is watch-fanatic.com): "I do not understand your questionYou see the price and now you ask what is the price ?Omega solid red /pink gold - Buckles & Parts for Vintage WatchesThe price wil be higher next week as the gold price is rising"Me"So your saying your marked price is not negotialble? And regardless of what metal a buckle is you charge 155 euros for it?"PW"Just raised the priceGold price is risingSo do not buy
Hi guys, After a couple of months on the lookout I finally got my hands on a roc. It's a 25860 dated 2005 it's in good condition, visually! but with unknown service documentation. This is going to be my one and only for a while, I also have a leather and rubber strap for it. So I guess I be just fine with just the one. How ever before I sell my other watches (15300 st, iwc 3714 & Milgauss) I plan to have a full service and polish on this one. I'm in Sweden and it's about 15000 sek (2000 usd) for a full service and polish. I don't mind paying that, but it's running -4 sec a day and keeps about 40 h power reserv and the chrono is working flawless. So to the question:Should I hold of with the service since it seems to be running fine? Or have it done right away anyways, I have no plans on letting this one go so I guess I might as well do it right away.. And start of fresh :) ImageUploadedByTapatalk1428156851.858745.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1428156874.260807.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk
I'm a huge fan of this new Solar Impulse Titanium Speedmaster GMT with Saphire crystal and a date function as well! The carbon fiber dial and caseback is certainly eye catching (though I would have to see it in the flesh to really appreciate it I'm sure) and the caseback lettering and logo really stand out. The retail according to a few ADs is around $8000 USD but then you get what you pay for right?Just in case anyone here has not heard of this new Titanium Speedmaster from Omega here are the details...Titanium on titaniumReference: 321.90.44.52.01.001 MOVEMENTCaliber: Omega 3603Self-winding chronograph with column wheel mechanism, free sprung-balance and Co-Axial Escapement for greater precision and durability. 2nd time zone through 24 hour and 30 minute totalizers, stop second function, start/stop push button, return-to-zero push button.
