- This watch really catches peoples eyes and then I tell them smell it, it smells like Vanilla, which they think is really cool. It also glows in the dark so you can see the time in dark areas.

Cartier W200737G wrist watches news:
I don't know if Orient names their watches or if they just use a model number, but here they are. I am very pleasantly surprised by the Orient, it looks far better in person than on their website (not that you'd know it from this quick and dirty photo). The Alpha I knew what to expect because I had the silver dial version and sold it to get the black. I will say I was quite pleasantly surprised with my first Alpha purchase, and the only reason I wasn't pleasantly surprised by the new one is I already expected a good looking, great value watch! That's enough babbling, here are some quick and dirty, too lazy to set up good lighting photos. I also posted a photo of the Orient borrowed from their website.
The discounts got so stacked up at my local Movado store that I could not resist bringing home the fraternal twin to my 1911 BTR Chronograph with the caliber 137 and the 3, 6, 9 subdial arrangement. This one uses a slight variation on the Lemania 1350-based cal. 137, with a different designation. The 137 was Ebel's replacement chronograph movement when Zenith stopped providing the El Primero to them. They developed it originally when Ebel was independent, but it didn't come out until they'd been acquired by Investcorp (who also owned Nouvelle Lemania and Breguet at the time). That fiasco was not corrected by subsequent LVMH ownership, and the variations that Ebel had developed for the 137 were stuffed in a drawer. Lemania and Breguet went to Swatch when Ebel went to LVMH, and Lemania was no longer available to them. Ebel stocked up but eventually Ebel hired Dubois-Depraz to make the specialized parts for these movements. After Ebel was bought by Movado in 2004, they brought out the 191

So I started with a Daytona vs Skydweller thread, but after some reading, a skydweller makes the most sense for me. Now, the question is, what color?
Hi All - currently in a cruise and pulled into Falmouth, Jamaica this morning. AD at port has a SD43 available immediately at $10,800 USD all in. I have the BLNR and love it..wear it daily. I need to make a call in next two hours. Two questions: 1. Is this a fair price on the SD43? Is it too similar to the BLNR in your opinion. Appreciate any input.
