Cartier wf9003y8 wrist watches news:
Greetings,I'm new to posting on WTF. Have a couple of Omegas, a 16030 bought new in 1987, and some odds an ends.I've been looking at new and used 114270's as a possible daily wear watch but don't feel as though I know too much about years and variations of the different series. I've seen a poster describe a D series as one of the "RRR" rehaut models but haven't seen a photo that shows how that looks. And if I am not mistaken, the newest model Explorer has the laser etched logo at 6 O'clock on the crystal but nothing else. What changes should I be aware of as I consider the different series of the 114270?thx,Brad
I received an email from Debaufre.Sale prices on most (if not all watches). For example, Ocean 1 GMT is $515 and an Ocean 1 is $425. Prices are on the website.
Gift from a coworker. She said it was her grandmothers. Doesn't know it's age or who made it. It doesn't even say where it was made. It's a nice little pocketwatch. Doesn't work unfortunately. The gold is very nice and I'm wondering if it's goldfill or solid? I usually see some kind of green gunk on goldfill, I don't see any on this one. The face is cracked in several places, but I like the 2-tone blue on white. The movement is nicely engraved but there are no markings as I can see. Not even a 'made in the usa' or whatever. The case is stamped "Supreme Guaranteed 10 years." "1748467"Think the Guarantee is still good?
Does anyone own the Breitling Superocean Heritage 42 with either the white dial and brown bezel or brown dial and brown bezel?I¡¯m looking at possibly purchasing one of these on a brown leather strap. I¡¯d like to see some actual photos of the two different dials with the brown bezel. I¡¯ve googled and googled and can¡¯t seem to find any photos of the white dial with brown bezel.Feel free to post up some pics of your watch in this color. Also if you own this model in any color I¡¯d love to hear your feedback on ownership. I¡¯m thinking 3,300-3,600 seems like a decent discounted price. Thanks in advance!
I dusted off the SD and put it on the Everest leather strap with their endlinks. Looks pretty good...for a change from the oyster...Right lug is not scratched; just a reflection...
