cufflink watch
I have a set of cufflinks that belonged to my wife's grandfather. She thinks that they might be from the 40's, but I am unable to find any info on them. One link is a locket and the other is a watch. The marking in it are "Capri" and by MEPA, also swiss made at the bottom.I would like to open it up but can't figure out how. It doesn't seem to want to unscrew. The crown has been broken off at before we got them. Well, after having had a bad experience a few years ago with a Rubberclad, my faith in AP was restored earlier this year at a private dinner to show some grand complication watches. It may not be the latest limited edition offshore (kind of a put off for me...), but it suits me perfectly. Plan to enjoy it for quite some time.

I'm considering bidding on a Speedy Pro on eBay. The watch was originally purchased in Japan and the description states that the warranty card is dated Showa 22 (2010) 4/03. Is anyone familiar with this type of date?The serial number is 77176xxx, which is typically associated with a watch closer to 2007, not 2010. Any insight is appreciated.
