- I love this watch. In the sunshine, it is so beautiful. You can even read the time outside. It is difficult to read time in low light. but outside the silver, the beads all shine and are so beautiful. Of course, you also have 3 band choices.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sending up the SOS flares!!!!!!!! Need your help guys. Bought a Masonic dial for a watch project. Want to present a nice watch for the outgoing master of my Lodge. Found a nice dial, I need a Hamilton 987 F case. Would prefer a non engraved back. Have the movement and hands. Can anybody send me in the right direction?????
After some mirror viewing and (very little) thought I think that watches fall into 3 categories.Timepieces Which are obviously watches whose main purpose is to measure time. This would include divers, chronographs, and complicated moon phase and watches that track astromomical features and also tourbillons.Doesn't matter if quartz or auto.Jewelry WatchesThis category is basically the same as the previous one ,but due to the fragile nature of these watches, they are not the same as the non "encrusted or adorned versions."And the wearers have a slightly different "mindset" from the typical WISAnd finallyLook At MeThese are those that, although they are wonderfully functional as time measuring devices, go a bit too far to be noticed. (and I have a couple-one of which never leaves the house)In most examples nice watches but a tad over done.(MOP is cool but not really needed on a sporty watch yet not quite jewelry)Please feel free to add more categories or to expound on those that I have presen
The 5165 is the 38mm rather than 40mm version of the Aquanaut with the same style integrated rubber strap. I think this was only produced for about 3 years. Given its relative rarity should one expect it to have higher values in the open market? I'm looking at a potential trade and have no idea what to expect.Any thoughts would be welcomed!
I am looking for the ultimate WEARABLE high end watch. I have a GMT IIc, Daytona and a few others, but need a grail piece. Do you think giving up the 15300 and reverso is too much? Also, is PP going to update the aquanaut anytime soon?
