Cartier WB704851 wrist watches news:
"Take these earplugs, you'll need 'em." a Tissot rep tells me as we head trackside at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, also known as the Brickyard. The high-pitched sound we're approaching is coming from the 1000cc engines warming up inside of MotoGP race bikes. They're about to head out for a Saturday morning practice session - an important process that allows for suspension tweaks and proper tire selection - before afternoon qualification begins to decide starting grid position. The bikes begin to head onto track, as they scream by at over 200mph, I put the earplugs in. MotoGP is an international sport, boasting riders from many nationalities and tracks the world over. The sport's inaugural season in 1949 saw the likes of Mondial, Moto Guzzi and MV Agusta competing for constructors' championships. A far cry from the bikes seen today, built by brands like Honda, Yamaha and Ducati. These bikes are purpose built race machines, very much unlike what you
Jaeger-LeCoultre's 39mm Master Ultra Thin case (henceforth known at MUT) is one of my absolute favorites. It is the perfect size for me, the perfect size for a dress watch, and no matter the complication, it just works. Take, for example, two introductions in this line from the past two years - 2011's Master Ultra Thin Moon and 2012's Master Ultra Thin Tourbillon. Both of these watches are simply divine (and the latter is one of the few tourbillons I would actually wear in public without feeling like a true, well, you know what I mean). So, for 2013, Jaeger-LeCoultre has gone ahead and introduced a superb new watch in this same ultra-thin 39mm case, and it just so happens to be my favorite complication - a perpetual calendar. 2 OF 30 So what is this watch exactly? Well, it's not exactly brand new, in the sense that it uses JLC's ultra-thin modular perpetual calendar, in this case called the caliber 868. This is a self-winding perpetual with 336 pa
I have been wanting one of these and came upon a good deal on the Bay this morning, from a seller with good feedback that sells used Omegas. Now It looks like I will be selling my Speedmaster Reduced and my Tissot T-Touch to make room for it. And the Collecting Continues! Sellers Pic.
Hi Guys,My Dad recently gifted this to me from his collection. He says he has no papers, but I am not sure what model it is?Any ideas guys?? Hi all,New to the Rolex community so please bear with me...Just bought a brand new BLNR from an AD a few days ago. Very happy to get my hands on one and AD let me know I was lucky. That being said, I've started to notice that my cyclops is slightly crooked. Am I seeing things? What do you think? As it's hard to find a BLNR in Canada these days, the AD didn't have another one to swap for me, but they said I could send have them send it to RSC. This is my first Rolex with a cyclops, so I'm not sure if this is just the quality I should be expecting. What would you do? Thanks!
