I have a Hamilton "Foster" with Curved Case Solid 14K YG wristwatch with the serial number M5647. which dates it to 1941-1951. Is there anyway to narrow this further? Also, the bottom of the dial, on the front, it has what appears to me to be "D66," which is something I have never seen before. Any idea what that is? Thanks.
i got to thinking about this as i was browsing the monday check in. i left the house kind of rushed this morning. it's cold out (and inside my house due to a broken thermostat, lol) and i knew i was going to be hitting the gym after work today. so i threw on a hoodie and left more so in comfort than anything else. this means my wrist is naked this afternoon. do you guys ever go about your day without a watch? maybe you just don't feel like wearing one sometimes or you forget it. whatever the reason may be.
couldn't find the Swiss watch forum so I asked over here. Anyone have any? I find they look amazing but haven't heard much about them. Also heard that they were designed for the navy SEAL and SAS which just adds a little to the cool factor, not much else :P. Post pics!!!and btw here's a nice commercial I found from them:YouTube - LUMINOX TACTICAL WATCHES - Commercial - Mil Pictures
My wife purchased my Submariner at a local Authorized dealer November 22 and was told the warranty card and appraisal will come in the mail...How long to wait before making inquires..?? Thanks !
