- The watch is great! It is a sports watch, has a screw down crown, rotating bezel, and you can see it in the dark! I am wearing it today! I have several Sturhling watches and would purchase and one of them again. PK

Chopard 277465-0005 wrist watches news:
Zurich-based watch brand Maurice de Mauriac will now begin to offer a special new movement in all of their watches which are built to accept Swiss ETA Valjoux 7750 automatic chronograph movements. Sourced from Concepto (the Jacquet family) the new movements are like super 7750s.The new movements are built on a Valjoux 7750 foundation and are interchangeable with the famous workhorse from ETA. The Valjoux 7750 is actually an amazing little machine. Continually refined for something like 30-40 years, it is not only the most popular Swiss mechanical chronograph calibre in the world, but also the base for a large number of other movements. As 7750 movements are so common, specialized movements using the same architecture are valued as they are less common and often much more attractive.Using the architecture of the 7750, Concepto produces this and other movements like it. The movement is mostly in black with a lot of perlage and other polishing. It has an upgraded power reserve of about 50
Any word on what Omega plans on doing with the Seamaster line for 2008? Has anyone seen or heard of some new products coming down the pipe? I just saw some new Tag Grand Carrera watches that were introducted at the show so I'm wondering if Omega has anything.
We don't want to have the GRAND OPENING without a few pics on the walls.Feel free to help decorate the Hamilton Forum.
When I was lent the Navitimer 01 Limited Edition to review I was guilty of being no more excited about getting my hands on this very rare and collectable watch than any other high end wrist watch. That is to say that I was, of course, excited but not to the extent that I would have been if I had realised what I was actually being lent to produce this review. I confess I was a little naive when the Navitimer 01 was announced. I was incredibly interested at the news, last year, that a Limited Edition Navitimer was going to be released with Breitling’s new in-house movement, the Calibre 01, but was, ultimately, a little disappointed when I first saw the press photos of the Navitimer 01 and heard the recommended retail price of ¡ê6000. I was left thinking “Is that it?”. The most important movement in Breitling’s long and illustrious history and they take a standard Navitimer and change the seconds hand and date display colours. However, I now sit here with this extra
Kinda a strange question, but does speedmaster bracelet and seamaster bracelet use the same 20mm spring bars?
