Chopard 278475-3033 wrist watches news:
Watches In Today's Retail MarketThis topic is really important. And discussing it is going to piss off a lot of people, but I need to get it off my chest. Funny enough, due to a mix-up on our end, this article was published before it was finished, retracted, and then eventually completed. Cries of censorship filled our inbox! Consider this a follow-up to a previous article I penned that discussed Why Watches Are So Expensive. OK, this isn't exactly news to many people, but watches are really expensive. And to be honest with you, they are usually too expensive. Way too expensive - and whether that is good or bad is another topic. This (longish) article is about value, and what the hell happened to it. It actually isn't just about the watch industry and I am not really trying to advocate for change, but rather using the luxury industry perspective to discuss a particular set of observations. The previous article I linked to above discusses all of the reasons watches as luxury goods are ex
In a recent interview with Hublot's CEO Jean Claude Biver he mentioned to me how Hubot will put a lot of focus into Asia (namely China) in 2012. Boy, he wasn't kidding - and I expect a full of series of spectacle style events to ensue in the next few years that only Hublot knows how to put on. Hublot hasn't ignored China up to know. Starting in 2010 they chose martial arts actor Jet Li as a brand ambassador, and have had other events in the region. When Hublot puts their sights on something they do aim and fire with the biggest bullet they have. While I doubt they will reach the popularity of Omega in China (which is a totally different kind of brand), Hublot will likely be able to replicate the modern style and fun wearing experience that Hublot has a reputation for in Europe and the United States (among other places as well). From all that I hear China is a very tough market to crack. Many Chinese consumers are interested in fashion and status symbols, as well as wearing and owning "t
Recently, I inherited this from my deceased Grandfather and would be so grateful if I could find out what particular year this model was released and any other info pertaining to this model. Thanks in advance!
HiJust wanted your opinion on my newly acquired 15300. It seems to be in very good shape, but I've never had the chance to compare polished vs not polished. Take a look at these photos and let me know what you think. Thanks
Dear friends, thanks for gracing this thread. I am quite new with AP, have been into Rollies for awhile. Saw an AP only earlier this year and the bug has been nibbling until recently, the lust had gotten irresistable.Been ogling at the ROO Black Theme, then Panda. Tried it out at a preowned shop earlier this week, the Black Theme, and it sang to me. Things didn't work out as that piece was reserved but it was worth a look in person. The trip was well worth it! Came across the grey theme only a few days ago, my first time ever. Have seen the Black Theme, Panda and Volcano a lot in this part of the world but lesser of the Grey. I think its beautiful and a rather uncommon piece around here. While shopping around, I found this. To be perfectly honest, I have no feel of the fair price for a BNIB piece. I am not well-off but this itch needs to be scratched, so I gotta make this count. In your esteemed opinion, is this a fair price? Much appreciate if you could chime in. Cheers guys!
