Can anybody tell me why this Seiko has Roman numerals around the dal?
Trying to figure out any use for the Roman numerals around the dial on this Seiko Premier Kinetic. The only thing hat would point to them is the second chrono hand, and then it would be to track seconds, not hours. I've ordered this watch, but am trying to get the seller to replace the watch with one of equal or lesser value because it just seems silly to me to have the Roman numerals there.
