Chopard 384822/5003 wrist watches news:
Panerai first became renowned for its distinctively masculine divers’ watches. Now the Swiss watch brand with Florentine roots has released a watch suited for world travelers: the Panerai Luminor 1950 3 Days GMT 24H, the first Panerai watch to contain the new manufacture Caliber P.9003.The Panerai Luminor 1950 3 Days GMT 24H (Ref. PAM00531) displays the local time as well as the time in a second time zone, which can be read simultaneously by means of an independent central hand that makes one revolution around the dial in 24 hours. It is the first of the Panerai watches to be equipped with Caliber P.9003, an automatic movement based on Panerai’s existing Caliber P.9001, which adds to that movement’s features an innovative GMT function, which is indicated over 24 rather than 12 hours; it also includes a newly designed, circular power reserve indicator on the rear side, which is readable through the sapphire viewing window in the watch’s caseback.Caliber P.9003 bo
Well Ive now made my mind up between the bi-colour sub, sea-dweller and non date sub and went for this! Well chuffed.Ill post some better pics soon, dont want to take it off at the mo.
I think I may have gotten my hands on a Sentinal Frankenstein from the bay ! Franky's not so scary really, this is actually fun! Plus, it was only $100. It was listed as a Sentinel with a 987S movement (#SS66142) and has an S&W, 10K gold filled case (#S811075). It looks exactly like photos of the Vancott:vintagewatch.info/Detail%...%20-%2010K.htmand hereHamilton of the Day: Vancott, except that the outer minute numbers are somewhat obstructed by the raised crystal (incorrect replacement), or, the case itself may be too small too . Something is off; I hope it's just the wrong shape of crystal. I'll know more after taking it to the AD next week for evaluation. So, assuming it only needs a proper crystal replacement, does anyone out there have one lying around gathering dust?Thanks!P.S. By the way, how many of you noticed this one on the bay last week and passed?
I'm having issues accessing photobucket again.:mad::mad:Some days it's cool, other days big trouble. very annoying.I give this ZERO ladybugs
Interested in getting a new 2201.50.00. What are your guys thoughts and what can i expect to pay for one new? Thanks
