I was just informed by Montblanc that pretty much all Montblanc products are not available online for sale. I don't think their eCommerce site just launched but is still relatively new. I mention this for a few reason. First, it makes it easier for all people to get Montblanc watches, pens, and other products irrespective of where they live. It also is another win for the effort to sell more high-end items online.When I first started doing this, it was for the most part considered totally taboo to sell luxury items online. Brands thought that it would cheapen their product and set up warnings online for people to never buy their watches or other goods via the internet. A few years later so much of that is changing, and it is being spearheaded by the major? brands such as I have predicted. The little guys who aren't on board yet will follow suit. It is not real hard to find a thread or threads having to do with a bad experience with CS in these forums. That got me to thinking. Why not have a thread where we could share some good CS stories. I don't mean the easy ones like "I called ABC watch company with a question and the were real nice when they answered it." What I am looking for is a real problem with the watch and or parts and the company did a great job of servicing your problem. Hi guys! First of all pardon me for being a noob regarding this thread.I have been looking for a yellow colored rubber strap for my bumblebee, and I have no luck in finding one.Was told by Audemars piguet Singapore service centre that they do not carry yellow rubber straps for offshore.Could anyone advise me on how to lay my hands on an aftermarket one? I would really love to have a small sized yellow rubber strap that fits onto my OEM deployment clasp. Guess it would look awesome with my bumblebee.
