- Love the feel and fit of this watch. Band is a very nice dark brown leather. Would have preferred a lighter face not black but it is still very easy to read even in darker areas.

Chopard 978791 wrist watches news:
Over at the HODINKEE Shop we’ve been expanding our repertoire, and today we’re proud to announce that we are now carrying watch winders and strap changing tools. In addition, we’ve stocked some killer single-layer calfskin straps in 10 colors and two sizes, as well as two new leather travel rolls. See below for full details. Watch Winders We’ve tried a lot of winders, but we keep coming back to Swiss Kubik. They are among the most quality winders we’ve encountered, with several beautiful finishes and nearly silent winding. Now in the HODINKEE Shop, we have five Swiss Kubik winders available: 1 OF 19 The Startbox is the most affordable winder option at $460, and features a sleek black finish. 2 OF 19 The Anodized Silver winder features a modern silver finish, and is available for $795. 3 OF 19 The Wenge Wood finish is one of our favorites, featuring a rustic wood finish. I am not sure what would make one 'drool' more, the corned beef sandwiches from Carnegies or what has to be withOUT any dispute the 'Numero Uno' collection of Illinois watches in the world. and its Right Here! (Ahora Mismo!)I had the great pleasure of seeing RJ007 collection of Illinois. Probably the first time in the world (En Todo el Mundo) that EVERY (yes every) known gold model of Illinois has ever been assembled to-gether (ALL 9 in one place)I say this truthfully. "this is the greatest single collection of 'one' make (Illinois) watches in the world"It even contains a custom Illinois noted as made in Fredric Friedberg but NEVER seen (no pictures in Friedbergs book, just a description of the UNIQUE watch), and I saw and touched it. Pictures to follow of that and other MAGNIFICENT watches. The collection is amazing, not only does it contain the rarest of Illinois (one offs) but more importantly complete ranges of individual models. My collection of Rolex's is not modest, but RJ007 co
This just arrived today, took a couple of shots for receipt inspection, but it goes back in the box for the wife to wrap until my birthday this weekend. So psyched to have this one. It's bigger than my old 45 mm Ti Helson, but fits better due to the lug shape and lower profile.
Hi guys,I hear often that 324 is a very reliable movement. I am just curious, has anyone here owned a Patek with 324 movement for more than 5 years without any service? How about caliber 240? Anyone had 240 movement watch fro more than 5 years without service? I hear often the stories from Rolex owners that their watch goes for 10-15 years without any service. Would be nice to hear similar stories about Patek. Here is my 5127 next to the 5227 brothers at the Patek Salon in Geneva. Enjoy!
Hello to all !I'm not so much active over here, as I spent most of my spare time on french watch forums.Anyway, I felt I should share my Panerai update collection as nothing new has occured with my Rolex collection. New Rolex will be the new GMT BLNR, but it should not reach my home until mid july...Anyway, as by June 21. 2013, gone are my Panerai PAM 312 and 183.In went PAM 389 (awesome piece of Submersible), as well as a used PAM 243 (submersible 1000m).And today, came my 2 new pieces. It's all about luck and chance if they arrived at the same time. Lucky me I had put money aside to buy them ! LOLMy Panerai collection now consists of :PAM 372PAM 389PAM 243PAM 423PAM 448As some of you might notice, I have received today a second PAM 389. In order to be sure to have one, in fact, I made two separate orders to two different AD.... Well I got lucky, but so far, the second 389 will leave for another paneristi's home in the future. Here are some pics. Enjoy.389 sistersAssolutamente¡Radiomir
