Chopard 168920-3001 wrist watches news:
WREN, made a post in 'Show us your face' and she mentioned her 2nd hobby was cooking. Now although she seems to be an expert, I am a 'true' beginner. Now I love cooking myself dinners (usually spicy) like Chilli con Carne, Currys, Spagetti Bolognese, or simple 'liver on butterfly pasta'I am no expert, I am not so interested in gathering 65 ingredients.I chop onions + garlic + peppers + tomatoes + various spices + Balsamic Vinegarcook firstthenADD the meat (usually chicken, lamb or beef mince)Then a sauce (Like 'sweet and sour chicken, or curry or chilli)Served on a bed of GOOD rice or pasta = BRILLIANTMy Beginners question?Any VERY simple tips for either:1) Quick great meals (keep it simple)2) Spices that really add to a tasteI also make a great salad -> Any tips there? Me I use Lettuce + Sliced Tomatoes + Sliced Cucumbers + Chopped red onion.THEN I put big 'dollops' of 'Natural Greek Yogurt' and pepperThen I sit on my VerandaLots of wine, my PC answering forum or SKYPE questions o
I am looking to make my first Panerai purchase and need some advice. I have found a great 090 and a good sale price. I do love the watch, only thing is it is all polished. Not sure if i should be considering a brushed steel for my first, and possibly onlyI am going to look at a 312 and what i like most about it is that it is all brushed, and sandwich face. This would be full price. Finally, there is a 176. I like the watch as well with its sandwich face, brushed look, but it has a simple face. Any thoughts?Brian
Well as Dennis suggested, I'm starting...This is my first "serious" watch, A Citizen Amazon, doesn't know the exact model, and can't find it anywhere either...Were my daily beater for some time until I got my first Casio DataBank, then the Databank took it's place as daily beater...This watch was bought 21 years ago, and is still working like new, just needs battery change from time to time; also is shining like new too, after all the japanese (Seiko, Citizen and Casio too) makes some good pieces IMHOOh, forgot, it's my smallest watch 25 x 27 mm
had this omikron. supposed to be swiss made. well, it was pretty ugly, had a oclusion in the crystal, and didn't keep very good time. so I tested it. yup, a pretty intensive one to see if this watch was indeed swiss made. this was done in a number of videos, the 1st one I'll skip as its not forum friendly.:D
Has anyone tried putting leather straps on their AP RO, namely 15400? If so, would you mind sharing some photos? Many thanks in advance.
