Chopard 168457-3001 wrist watches news:
In perusing the Hayek School of Watchmaking site, I came across this message from the founder:". . . I love watches. They fascinate me. And I admire watchmakers. The uniqueness of their profession opens unknown horizons which embrace the planets and stars and dance with the infinite universe. In particular, the watchmaker deals with Time. . . the Time that I love because, as an entrepreneur in the watchmaking industry, it allow me to create new products, to give them a soul. And the time that I hate because I cannot master it or stop it.. . . "Some heady notions here by Dr. Hayek.
Greetings TRFers.I intend buying my first AP pretty soon now. I have gotten the strong impression from numerous posts here on the forum that many people who know believe that the 15202 is the one to have.My gut feeling draws me towards the 15400 with black dial. I have 7.5 inch wrists so the 41mm suits me, and I am having difficulty getting my head around the idea of a watch with no second hand. The 15400 also happens to be substantially less money.I would appreciate hearing your opinions on why the 15202 is considered the one to have over and above the 15400. Thank you.
I have searched for this via Google, our search engine here, and other sites. This should be an easy answer, but for whatever reason it obviously isn't or the information I found is just wrong.I have a Breitling Aerospace (as many know) with a lovely UTC module. Well its time to replace the batteries and I got the Aerospace replaced with no issues utilizing an Energizer 371. But cannot find the battery type and number that I need to replace it in the UTC.Below is a photo of my Aerospace with the UTC attached. Does anyone have a clue as to what battery type / number I need? I did open the UTC back and the battery is tiny. Thanks for the help guys!
Hi - I am new to this forum and am currently looking to buy the new AQT (2008 onwards model) but unsure which dial colour to go for. I want it to be a more casual looking watch, to wear both with a suit every day and also jeans/t-shirt, etc. Most have advised me to go for the silver finish as it will also look great with a brown leather strap if Ii want to interchange, and it perhaps looks a little less formal?Currently own a 19 year old Deville Quartz in gold, so whatever I choose it will be very different.Any advice would be great.Thanks.Matt
What should one expect to pay for an extra SS link for a modern 20mm Rolex?
