Citizen CA4154-15E wrist watches news:
I've written about Sinn watches before, and in particular, their commitment to innovative engineering. Now it looks like they have outdone themselves once again with a new dive chronograph. Meet the Sinn U1000, a mechanical watch waterproof to 1,000 meters (3,300 feet), and available in either steel or PVD black.
(following my previous of Zulu and fabric straps attempts, i think a leather strap will also make a great combo :agree: )what can I say?!? Rich does it again! i'm loving it. the strap arrived this arvo.here is a pic of the strap for now

I¡¯ve had an interesting turn of events. I¡¯ve always considered myself a ¡°6-digit guy¡±. Many years ago, my first Professional model was a 16610 and I never really bonded with it. It was sold after a few months. Since then I had always gone for 6-digit models and really loved the look and feel. Over the course of the last few months I¡¯ve acquired a 16610LV and just a few days ago a 16710 and I think I¡¯m starting to really appreciate the smaller case and less blingy features. I¡¯ve always loved the Hulk. That green sunburst dial is amazing. But since spending more time with my 5-digits I¡¯m beginning to think the hulk is a little too Hulky (lol). I decided to take the LVc with me on our vacation this week and really put it to the test. I have no intention of selling it but I¡¯m finding my new perspective interesting and I¡¯m hoping to rekindle my love for this awesome watch. My question is how many of you have also gone back and forth between 5 and 6 digit love? What side of the coin did you
Did anyone catch the latest episode of The Grand Tour? On the first episode of Season 2, Richard Hammond crashed the Rimac Concept One on a hill climb in Switzerland. Right after they pulled him out of the car, it burst into flames. The car continued to burn off and on for five days due to a chain reaction of damaged lithium ion cells. The car has 8k cells!Almost every time I see him on the show or previously on Top Gear, he was wearing a SS Sports Rolex. This was their Christmas episode, so they presented him with his burned up Rolex from the crash. They didn't say whether it came off his wrist as a result of the crash or not, but it survived the fire and apparently still works!Looks like a Sea-Dweller 16600. You can see the lack of cyclops and helium escape valve. If anyone had any doubts as to the durability of a Rolex, this should put them to rest.
