I bought this watch in black and it is absolutely gorgeous. It is quite , but that's what I like. The crystals are high quality the way they sparkle can definitely be confused with diamonds. I would recommend this watch.

Rubber Strap
After finally removing the buckle (Thanks Rob), I replaced the leather strap with the rubber one. Panerai's quick change system for straps is quite excellent. A very simple process. I would have to disagree with the instruction manual saying its easy to remove the buckle with the screwdriverI have to say the rubber strap looks quite good. Gives the watch another unique look! Will post another wrist shot tomorrow

PP does not need any introduction to their most prestigious pocket watches.However i have not seen any posts on the lesser famous models. Is there any reason ?Are they not popular or collectible ?There should be many vintage models out there in the world.
