Corum 985-630-20-AA32 wrist watches news:
For those who may have missed it, this was our featured article last week, and it was so popular, we’ve carried it over. Say goodbye to 2009 with this WIS quiz on some of the year’s top stories. To see how you did, or to ensure a perfect score, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the answers. 1. What watch brand ceased having its movements certified with the Geneva Seal and instead introduced its own quality seal?A. Vacheron ConstantinB. Roger DubuisC. Patek PhilippeD. Piaget 2. Which of the following brand CEOs did NOT resign or get fired during the year?A. Fabian Krone, A. Lange & S?hneB. Georges Kern, IWCC. Michael Nieto, Baume & MercierD. Manuel Emch, Jaquet Droz 3. What major change took place at Rolex effective Jan. 1, 2009?A. It stopped sending its movements to COSC for certification.B. It discontinued its Tudor line.C. CEO Patrick Heiniger resigned.D. Love to know what you think about it.I'm particularly interested in how the steel looks and feels with it being "ice hardened"Does that differ too much from what Sinn are offering? All the best,Harry
This time the PAM 270!What an absolute stunner! I can tell you that the price was a real stunner, too:DKR. 85,500 which is US $ 15,260! And NO discount! Panerai does not allow my AD to discount them. Also, my AD is still not allowed to service PAM's with in-house movements which bugs me a bit since the watch must then be sent to Panerai. It takes several months go get it back, and their charge for servicing it is almost 3 times the price of what my AD would take if he were allowed to service it.However, they expect to get the permission soon.I would probably go for the PAM 233 instead. The dial of the PAM 233 seems more "clean" without the "9", and somehow a "10 Day power reserve" AND "automatic movement" just doesn't make sense. Also, the PAM 233 is considerably "cheaper" and easier to re-sell should you wish to do that later.Trying on the PAM 270 gave me a good idea of how the "Fiddy" (1950) case looks on my wrist, although the PAM 270 is thicker than the PAM 233.
I bought a Tissot -Ladies collection for my wife...so I can have stronger arguments when I will buy a Longines Hydroconquest:D:DDoes your wives/girlfriends support you for this hobby?Or is the opposite?
Never thought I would be wearing a 45.5MM watch but with my big wrists I think it looks better than smaller watches.
