Hello everyone, first post here My current watch is an IWC Aquatimer 2000 with Rubber strap. I have had the watch almost two years now and I absolutely love it. Who'd have thought there'd be as much pleasure in wearing an item of jewelery?!Today, I got the notion to look into changing the strap to either a leather one or a bracelet. Having done a bit of googling, I can seem to find anything but generic leather straps, that just wouldnt look right. What I am looking for is a leather strap that is the same shape as the current rubber one (i.e. tapers wider towards face).Websites and costings would be good. IIRC, the titanium bracelet was ~¡ê500 when I bought the watch.Thank you.
Just got this in time for Christmas. A very neat little pocket knife!
Hi everyone,Just purchased a pam 308, love the watch and the blue hands (will post pics soon). How difficult is it to attach a panerai ss bracelet? Do i need any kind of conversion ket, or just the bracelet?thanks in advance, wings
Hi,I'm considering a Royal Oak or Royal Oak Offshore. After a few weeks of research, trying a few watches on etc, I've narrowed it down to a first generation Offshore (ref. 25721ST), the new 25th anniversary reissue (ref. 26237ST), Elephant (Ref. 26470ST) or Messi (ref. 26325TS) in steel. My first questions is if it makes any sense investing twice the money on the reissue (26237ST) of the original model (25721ST) in relation to future and long term value. Messi is a Limited Edition, which can be found at around the same price used as the reissue of the original Offshore. The Elephant is the joker at this point, and probably the worst investment of the bunch. On the wrist, I'm sure I will be pleased with any of these alternatives. What things boils down to then is the potential future demand and value, which is always a guessing game to a degree.Any advice are most welcome!
