Ebel 1215271, 1256f24/9925 wrist watches news:
I bought 2 watches in July - a Sekonda and an Invicta.I think I may have been a bit hasty with the Invicta. It's just not singing to me, know what I mean? I've tried hard to love it but I have decided to return it.Instead I have decided to buy a Luminox EVO Navy Seal 3059 (orange numbers).I think I may have a preference for black dialled watches. If that is the case, I'm going to have to seriously think about the Aqua Terra I like!!
'Dick Tracy' Video Wristwatch Developed Tadiran Communications has created a wristwatch-based video system called, of all things, "V-RAMBO," to be used by the Israeli army. The idea is that airplanes, helicopters, pilotless drones or robots will feed live video to commanders on the ground, which they'll monitor on their wrists. The color screen is three inches and gets the live feed at 30 frames per second.from therawfeed
Bought this on a whim a few days ago as I've not had a fix in a couple of months Zenton lume dial M45. It's quite heavy with the bracelet, so I'm wearing it with a strap, haven't decided which I like the best.Likes:hex-bars, better than slotted as I do lots of strap changes.Bezel edge.BGW9 lume is very bright.Lowercase text on dial.Serial # between lugs.Would change:Knurling on the crown to match the bezel edge.Solid stainless bezel with white markers might look better. This is optional so might get one.Maybe a white disc with black date.Interesting: the crown side is brushed vertically, the HEV side horizontally. Not so important to me, but the packaging is nice.Overall a cool watch with the "fit & finish" no better or worse than other brands using this case.ETA 2824-2 Top Grade, 5 adj.
I just both this watchomega seamaster chrono, and I did'it on ebayand I heave question.how fast date changes on original seamaster.(on mine it takes 1 h.)help.
Hello AllI just joined the forum and am looking to replace my GMT I (SS and Gold, Black bezel, Jubilee bracelet) that I had bought used in 1991. I was mugged in December while in Buenos Aires on business and am looking to replace with the Master II, model 116713 (SS and Gold, Black bezel). I'm seeing prices all over the place on the web, both new and pre-owned. My insurance company could have replaced it for $10,591 but Rolex required the serial number, which I didn't know and had never written down. So I'm on the hunt for a replacement. Any thoughts as to new vs used? Best price? Reputable dealers/sellers? Any info would be appreciated.ThanksShawn
