- This watch is absolutely beautiful. It doesn't have all the features like the date etc. but it is more of a jewelry piece that functions as a watch. Truly stunning. Well worth the value.

Ebel 8157114 wrist watches news:
Like some of you I'm sure, in my travels I've been fortunate to see several Omegas in particular divers of different styles and in various sizes worn by both ladies and gents. The most prolific model has to be the Bond followed by the 2254.50 though I've seen Constellations as well, gracefully adorning various wrists. Mainly the Connie 95 style though. I've not as yet seen any Double Eagles. Speedies get their share of being spotted again here in both ladies and gents' models. The Ladies' model is truly impressive in the flesh or should that be on flesh I have to say I've been delighted to see an increasing number of Aqua Terras too and once saw someone having one nearly like that which I had. I say nearly because of those unique Railmaster hands on mine. De Villes because of their more dress-style character are more of a rarity as you'd expect and I've only seen a chronometer and a GMT, both with black dials. It brought home to me what had been discussed recently in Seandavid's thre
I've been zooming around the web the past week or so trying to catch up with all the new releases. Thus far, I'm taken by a few of the new Ingenieur models:The Baume et Mercier Clifton line continues their trend of embracing the brand's storied past. Some truly wonderful-looking pieces here:What favorites are you eyeing?
Talked to the Audemars Piguet AD in sweden today, regarding a short strap for the Diver. The price? Over 600 dollars with the exchange rate today.Absolutely crazy if you ask me!
Well, I ended up with two Railmasters (36.2mm and 39.2mm). I thought about keeping both, but after trading PMs with another TRF member with a smaller wrist, I decided to sell him my lovely 36.2mm Railmaster. Well, not wanting my little growing collection to shrink, I decided to take a hard look at Speedmasters. After holding both a black and white version in my hand at the local AD, I decided on the Speedmaster Date with black dial (3210.50). So, since I wanted a bigger discount than that offered by my local AD and also wanted to save sales tax, I called my out-of-state AD and one is now on its way. It'll be here tomorrow. I will post photos of it's arrival . . .
It never made sense to me. Rolex wants to sell watches. When China was on fire with sales, China had tons of watches for sale. Often the lowest price in the world when factoring in currency conversions to CHF. I¡¯ve been reading for many years about constant short supply in U.K. Makes me wonder if this is a game all the dealers do in the U.K. to drive up hype and demand. I mean it would greatly be in Rolex¡¯s favor to sell as many watches as possible. I know the Brexit currency crash has had something to do with recent times but even when the pound was high, Rolex¡¯s at ADs was low. What is your theory/thoughts?
