The AP Diver, Setting the date and the movement.
Just gotten what is my first AP last week, and it's this SS Diver. My dealer advised to set the quick date after 6pm, but according to the manual it says between 1am �C 6pm. To avoid any contradiction, which should be the right way to do it?Coming from the Rolexes, I've never had the need to worry about such stuffs. What are the important things to lookout for with this AP movement to avoid any unnecessary harm?

40mm Chrono? Is this legit?
I just bought a 40mm Chrono in titanium/Steel, and it��s on the way. Getting delivered tomorrow, but already have a few questions about the pedigree!When I saw this, it was listed as a 00121, except it has an exhibition back. Also, the listing claims it has a Zenith El Primero, but I don��t see that on the movement. On the case/lug is OP 6531, and on the bridge is ��400/Z��. Why buy a damaged Bezel insert ?
I seem to be preoccupied with damaged Rolex items that keep appearing on a well know auction site..... don't get me wrong I retain parts that come off my watches for sentimental reasons, I just cant seriously cant believe that these 2 can be repaired (unless told other wise) so unless junk parts floats your boat what use are they?
