just watched the film che part 2 and was looking at the watch he has on it in is it a rolex sub it sure looks like 1 ?
I have had my eye on a Steel Royal Oak Chrono for some time now after I'd tried on the 41mm 15400 and LOVED the way the light caught the silver dialI expected the Royal oak chromo to have the same dial that changes shades when the light catches it but was disappointed to find it didn't, and looked quite flat in comparison - has anyone else found this?(the self winding looks tiny compared to the ROC here because of the angle and how much higher the chromo sits)
I have managed to damage my 5170J - whilst the picture isn't the best you can see two deep indents on the edge of the case close to 3 o'clock.I think this was due to my metal cuff link banging and then indenting into the case.Whilst it looks relatively minor to the naked eye - it keeps catching my eye.The question is a) do i send it to Patek for it to be polished or b) do i leave it as it is.Do Patek polish cases without servicing a watch and will it have an impact on the resale value (although i do not have any plans to sell it) if it has been refurbished?Any input is appreciated.
Read this in another forum and thought I'd share. Here's the link:redirect.viglink/?format=...20Fort%20Laude...I'm guessing she probably got tired of the current SS Sports waitlist.
