- This watch is great looks beautiful, however the band does not hold up, we have had to glue the band back together two times now. Over all the watch is beautiful and dependable.

Girard Perregaux 2750 wrist watches news:
I'm just wondering if anyone is hearing the same thing.Rumor has it that Rolex USA President Allen Brill is on his way out. Rolex is saying officially that sales are only off by about 4%, but rumor has it that sales are actually off by double digits. The board is looking for a fresh young face to head up RUSA - the most important market for Rolex. Someone who won't shove watches down the throats of AD's, then turn around and penalize them for selling watches "out the back door."All this is of course completely unconfirmed rumor....anyone hearing anything along these lines?
I need to replace a Seiko 7002-7039 that has been misplaced during a move. I already asked about an alternative choice to a Seiko (Bernhardt Sea Shark) in the General Forum. Im really tempted to buy something with a Sapphire Lense but then (as was pointed out) I might break it instead of just gouge it.Here I would like to ask about my Seiko choices. Everyone says, "Monster!", but Im not really sure I want a larger watch.1. SKX779 "Monster" - Not sure I want something that large!2. SKX173 - Closest to 7002-7039.3. SKX007 - Grey-Market with different hour markings. Cheaper than the SKX173.4. SKX009 - Pepsico version of SKX007.Im leaning toward a SKX009 since I can get it for less than $150?Thoughts?
Anyone heard anything out of Grady? He has been a pretty prolific poster with pictures and information. I may be missing his posts but have not seen him for quite a while.
Thank you in advance for the answers, I just picked up a ROO 44 SS, and its almost out of 3rd year warranty, should I bother sending it in for the b1 service, it has never been done, or just keep wearing it until an issue pops up. APSC had my diver back in about 4 weeks when sent in for the b1, but not sure if I need to do it with the 44. Hate to lose it for a month or longer.
Just received an email from Breitling today about the new Avenger Seawolf Chrono Blacksteel Limited Edition. Only 2000 individually numbered worldwide distribution...
