Well, not really. It's a Citizen WR100. But it is my "Combat Watch".I bought this watch back in, if I recall correctly, 1985, right before I transferred from San Diego to Charleston, SC:I was still wearing it when I transferred back to San Diego in 1990 and, in 1991, when I deployed to the Persian Gulf for Operation Desert Storm. I wore it the entire time I was deployed; right about 10 months. It walked the streets of Abu Dhabi, Al Dhafra, and Jubail, and was in combat off of Bubiyan Island in the northern portion of the Persian Gulf.The watch was relegated to "drawer duty" years ago. This morning, I was looking for something else (I can't even remember what it was), and happened across it. I can't remember the last time I put a battery in this thing, so I took it to the office with me and, during lunch, drove over to my jeweler. She replaced the battery and inspected the watch. Super disappointed with audemars piguet
Recently i just manage to get a brand new piece of the new navy roo but just few days of wearing the movement jammed . Looking through the caseback i noticed that a screw had came off thus jamming the movement. Rolex and panerai do not have such problem even an ETA movement is more reliable. Sent in my watch for servicing and told me it will take 2 months. Write into ap website and they just redirected back to the service center with the standard reply telling me a screw had misaligned (which is what i reported to them ) . It seems that they are not very interested in taking care of their customers. This is my first and most likely last AP pieces that i will ever own . Super disappointed for such a luxury piece
