- I wore this yesterday to a Superbowl party and all my friends went wild for it! It is so cool to wear with Denim because of the color of the metal, or with black. Just love it!

I was looking at some pre-owned GMTs, and I noticed that the Pepsi GMTs seem to be higher in price than other pre-owned GMTs. Admittedly, I am not a fan of the GMTs due to the 4th hand; but, I did find it interesting that this model did seem higher in price than other watches based off the used to new price ratio. Any reason why? Is it b/c they are no longer manufactured and becoming a true collector's item? Or, just the place I was looking.
It seems these watches are very popular. I was thinking about picking one up, since I don't have a watch with orange dial. I read somewhere the watch is not hack or hackwind. What does that mean exactly?TIA
I'm in the process of deciding which model I should purchase as my first PP so thought I'd ask you all some questions. My current collection is very small as I didn't buy my second nice watch (Omega GSOTM) and get hooked until last year. I have a Rolex 16610 Sub, Omega GSOTM, and a Rolex 5330 (which was a mistake. It's too small but pretty). My wrist is 7-1/3 to just shy of 7.5 when fully swollen. I like all precious metals and even SS so that isn't really an issue. I don't travel often enough to justify having a GMT function this early in my collection either unless a heck of a deal pops up. So, it basically boils down to either a Calatrava or a 5167/1a and I'm really leaning towards the latter. I rarely wear a suit but do dress more towards business casual most of the time. Nice slacks, handmade shoes, and a button down shirt is pretty normal just rarely wear a jacket. So, even a Calatrava would need to be more of a daily wearer type watch which I think most can certainly be!With my
Hello TRF, this is my first post but long time lurking here. I just received my black Daytona C yesterday from my AD after buying 4 watches from them since last February. 2 for me and other 2 for my sister and brother. I know most people here like the white Daytona C , but I think you have to see black Daytona C in person. It's a very sexy and mystery looking watch. Now the problem I have is they let me got 3 watches in very close period time. 36 datejust in Feb, Batman in September and black Daytona C yesterday. It hard to pick a watch to wear in the morning now. I will post more pics and post soon. Thanks everyone and happy thanksgiving.
